Air Rifles with up to 12 ft lbs and pistols up to 6 ft lbs power (including PCP, CO2 and Spring types) can be shot on this range. Range distance is up to 25 Yards with multiple static targets that can be used at 10, 15 and 20 yards as well as self resetting, swinging and knock down targets.

The range caters for static and turning targets. The range distance is up to 25 yards.

We also have use of the ANSC Tunnel Range every other Saturday. This an is underground firearms range located approximately 2 kilometres east of Nottingham city centre. The primary section of the range accommodates shooting distances ranging from 20 to 130 metres, with a maximum muzzle velocity of 1000 m/s (3280 ft/s) and a maximum muzzle energy of 7000 Joules (5160 ft/lbs).

The tunnel allows the use of a variety of firearms, including muzzle-loading revolvers and long-barrel pistols in calibres such as .45 ball and .38 Special, underlever and gallery rifles in calibres like .22LR and .357 Magnum, small-bore rifles in .22LR and .17HMR, and full-bore rifles in calibres such as .223, 7.62 NATO, .303 and .338 Lapua.
